Nano Gel Grip Tape is a soft transparent adhesive grip material made for short-term holding and anti-slip contact. Unlike standard double sided tape, the gel layer gives a slightly cushioned contact area, helping small objects stay in place on smooth and non-porous surfaces. In factory sample checks, 1.0mm gel tape showed stable grip on glass, acrylic, coated metal, and polished plastic after the surface was cleaned and pressed for 10-15 seconds.

For bulk use, thickness should be selected by application. Thin gel tape is better for low-profile fixing, while 2.0mm-3.0mm material gives more cushioning for display pads, desk items, and uneven light contact points. The material can be supplied as transparent gel grip tape rolls, removable gel strips, reusable nano gel pads, or clear adhesive grip pads for assembly lines and display packaging.

The product works best on clean, dry, smooth surfaces. It is not recommended for dusty boards, rough walls, wallpaper, peeling paint, oily surfaces, powdery coatings, or surfaces that may tear during removal. What Surfaces Work Best for This Gel Grip Material

The most reliable grip comes from smooth, clean, dry, and non-porous surfaces. Glass, acrylic, coated metal, polished plastic, and ceramic tile usually give better contact because the gel can sit evenly against the surface. Rough texture, dust, oil, moisture, and loose coatings reduce contact area and increase removal risk. For painted boards, wallpaper, rubberized coatings, or unknown plastics, a 24-hour sample test is recommended.
